So I traded some Dota 2 and Counter Strike Global Offensive items for Far Cry 3.
He sent me a gift and now I got a message from Steam that my game is removed because is not paid?!?!
What should I do???

contact Steam support so they can reverse the transaction (so you get the items back that you've lost in the trade).

that is - assuming you've both traded using the trade window. if you've traded outside of the trade window, you've just learned a valuable lesson and you should move on.

FAQ says, they WILL return your items if it was a gift that got revoked.

All I can say is that it worked for me. They requested a screenshot of my trade history (though I guess they could have looked into it themselves, but w/e) and a few days later my items were restored back into my inventory.

It needs to be in 1 (the trading) window, had that too once.

Keep sending them emails. Quote the part of SSA that says you're eligible for a restoration.

Only if he traded through the trade window on steam, if he used keys, it's gone.

He took back the money which used to pay the game to his paypal account. That's how.

You will get your items back IF you traded the items together through Steam.

As others already said, if you traded via official Steam Trade, you are covered and will eventually have your stuff back (you will probably have to wait a couple days).

If you traded outside steam, you have just thrown stuff down the toilet.

You seem to have gun doofed hard.

Well, as stated: If you traded through Steam window, you will be mostly fine. Otherwise, remember: If a offer is too good to be true, think twice.

I got scammed on Steam trades by someone. I took him on good faith because of his positive rep and he did me over for a £10 steam voucher!
