No, it means those are the 5 types of region locked keys available. You get the one your region falls under and the countries that fall under the others can't activate it.

It's probably best to delete the GA and make a new one restricting it to EU then. If someone wins who can't activate it you still owe them a working key.
Edit: Stipulations in a GA like "you agree to a re-roll or deleting the GA" aren't binding.

Dam ,i have a lot of keys that i could use in giveaways but they've been lying around for a long time and i have no idea
if they have any restrictions.
Looks like i'll never be able to use them here.

Most games from bundle sites don't have any locks. If you know what bundles the keys are from you can check the threads for each bundle here on SG for info on region restrictions. Or check steamdb. If you can't see any region info on Steamdb there usually isn't one.
