I didnt realy get it! Is it gonna be like "a certain number of players who have the most victory precent will win the dlc's" or it's like "all players of the game which had the most victory precent will win the dlc's" ?

I believe its all players who played the game to score victories will receive the free dlc if that side wins the VS battle.
