The bundle pricing and no preorder would have been set by the publisher - Groupees doesn't always have a say in how the bundle is setup.

Most of these games were available on keyjoker, if my memory serves.

There's option to buy 20k points for $2, and each game costs 500 points, so each games comes out to 5 cent.

Only intereste in Greed 2, which costs exactly the same amount of money as Tier 2 :D Going to wait for a sale and grab it on Steam (obviously).
