Does anyone know where I could find it at its cheapest ? I noticed that it's about 40 euros on Steam, so I was wondering how much cheaper could it get on various sites.

i've used it a few times myself, but found www.cdkeywatch.com to find better offers, for skyrim legendary edition the lowest price there is just under 15€

Big ones in Winter (holiday sale) and Summer. There also often are sales durign gaming events and of course the chance it appears in a daily / week end sale.

It is getting old, Steam will probably have some 60-80% off soon (as in this year), as long as no more DLC appears.

I'd imagine that it'll have a nice deep sale during the Summer sale. By then, the DLC is done and they probably will have figured that its time for a nice 75$ off sale.

I bought it off a trader for 10 TF2 keys, which is about $20. I don't know how he got it but just go to SteamTrades.com.

I don't deal in that type of currency. I play ( played, actually ) the free version of TF2 and don't dwell in purchased items. About 100 hours of TF2 were enough for me.
