Cards still drop for removed games, you just can't sell them on the community market.

Just curious but if you already own the games, why did Indiegala give you a key? It tells me Your order has been cancelled because you already own it when I try to get a key to a game I already own.

This means that you participated in a massive giveaway in the past on IG that contained these games. They often like to do massive giveaways for the same game time and again. If you go to your IG profile and click on Indiegala Giveaways, GooCubelets: The Algoorithm should be the topmost game you see with the revealed key that was used by you in the past.
