Depends on if you REALLY want the game, as well as the TF2 items. You also have to keep in mind it might not be as fantastic as everyone expects. Personally, I wouldn't, but I don't pre-order games really. :P

I love the older Wolfenstein games, so I will be preordering it.

Watched the trailer and the game looks downright stupid. Not that Return to Castle Wolfenstein was realistic, but this is completely idiotic. Reminds me of Indiana Jones 4. If you thought Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was far better than Raiders of the Lost Ark then pre-order it immediately.

EDIT: It may still be a silly, but decent fun shooter, but I think the atmosphere of RtCW is completely lost in this one. Certainly nothing I would personally pre-order, but to each their own.

Bethesda. That probably means DLCs whose individual purchase will be more expensive than buying the whole GOTY/Complete/Whatever edition when it comes out.
