I do not know the answer to this specific question. However, I do know that a good way to find such things out is through the use of this website: www.isthereanydeal.com . Not only does it list current sales on a game, but it also tells you what Bundles that game has been in. (I'm not sure how quickly that info is updates. In my experience it's usually fairly up to date.)
In this case I see 'Hero of the Kingdom II' was in an Indie Gala bundle about a month ago, so that might be the explanation.

Dang, most likely just leftovers for them. I really hope we'll get another chance to tackle it down, if there indeed is no cheap sale going around..
Oh and the website is really really useful, weird how I missed on it previously. Thanks!

You're welcome. I love that site. You can actually log in with your Steam account and set things up so any time one of your wishlist games goes on sale you get an email alert. (Sadly I don't think it notifies you of bundles. Still useful though.)

That website is super fishy. How long would it take to earn 99 coins?

Alright, checked it out and all but most of the stuff is region locked for me. Thanks for heads up tho.

I see a lot of people on the internet saying they get 200 coins daily only with videos but i think it's only in US so the only way i get coins is through games. But still a very good site. already got from there 7 seven games with a total worth of 40$. If you look with attention you can find some good cheap steam gems.

I used to get about that much every night and I'm not from the US.
Currently it's much less - more like 30-50 coins a day. Some offers
are really unfair and fishy though ... like that install some app on my
android and run it for 600+ coins. The offer completed allright, but
for exactly zero not 600+ coins. Funny thing's you can't even send
a support ticket in that case, because the offer is complete after all.
As a rule if something's too good to be true it mostly isn't. Then again,
it takes a few seconds to check out.

Well, i don't know where you live but I've heard that in some east European countries the games are locked. I got a code for "hero of the kingdom II" if you wanna trade it for something else? maybe binding of issac? or any game on my steam wishlist that has the same price or lower than "hero of the kingdom II".
