Current Steam Summer Sale Community-Voting?!

Hello Folks. I'm just wondering, what the third game might be, which is obviously banned for people like me, who live in germany.

Oh okay, if there are only two choices... I thought it was something like... I don't know, Mortal Kombat or Dead island: Riptide or something like that, because it simply looks weird to only have 2 choices, when there were always 3.
