To be fair Deadpool was de-listed and then re-listed a year or so later if I remember right (probably thanks to the upcoming FOX movie at the time). Since it was last de-listed a few years back, though, it hasn't come back.

Remember when Castle of Illusion was delisted and a big deal was made of it and then it reappeared shortly thereafter? Nothing against the OP but I take these with a grain of salt now as they could just be a deceptive ploy by [insert publisher] to drum up artificial notoriety and sell copies.

Most of the delisting I've seen is due to copyright agreements for IPs expiring or music agreements lapsing.
In saying that, I don't trust Disney to not do it with their IPs, given their ever increasing evil empire.
