Is this a stealth delisting sale?

I'm huge fans of the manga and yeah considering grabbing it, but... It's unavailable on my region (SEA)...
Tried to contact my friends and got the keys from him (US region) tried it and it's works XD

Does the DLC include anything exclusive, or is it just unlocking things you can unlock by playing the base game?
Also is there anything in this game that's not in the sequel (characters, level arenas, story, etc.)?

Looks cool, I'm just unsure if I should get yet another fighting game, based on a medium I have no experience with :P

May get only for completeness sake. The game is considered by many to be an unfinished package, quickly abandoned after a couple DLC characters. At least it has spawned a much better sequel (althoguh I'd argue that is the game how it should have been from the get-go).

Only thing that seems superior to the sequel is the soundtrack.
