Outdated Valve prices.

Well, some time ago, Valve reduced all the prices of their games. Still, Steamgifts is using the old prices

Example:
Left 4 Dead, is $15 USD now, but here is still $20 USD
http://store.steampowered.com/app/500/

Even the Complete Pack is more cheaper now. After: $100 USD Before: $75

So the question is: There is a reason why steamgifts didn't changed the prices?
