Question about free key

Can I change the keys with other users?
I have a lot of keys to tasks such as:
A grande bagunca espacial - The big space mess, Absconding Zatwor, Attrition: Nuclear Domination, Bell Ringer, Deadbreed, Deadly profits, Endorlight, GooCubelets 2, Grave prosperity Redux part 1, Heaven island, Hot Lead, Journey to the center of the Earth, Medieval Mercs, Overcast, Spheroid, Starship: Nova Strike, Unknown Battle, Why so Evil, Woodle Tree Adventures.
I want other keys with free giveaways (those games where I do not have).
Is it possible to create such a topic here and change? Do the rules prohibited?

you can trade them, just don't expect much since they were free.

You might be able to trade a free one for another free one, but I wouldn't expect anything more.
