If you want comedy, give One Piece a try. For something else more serious, try Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood or Hunter x Hunter 2011.

EDIT: I definitely recommend giving JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012) a try.

If you want comedy: School Rumble, Akkikan, Grenadier, and Ichiban Ushiro No Daimou. (last 3 are echi :P)
