Thanks! I wonder if this is still the same version or if they reintegrated the "DLC" which was actually just unlocking the full game.
The game used to be "free to play" but it was just a demo. Hope it's the full version because the demo was fun to play.

SteamDB can help shed some light on it: from what I see, there's a base game, a.k.a. this ID (that used to be the demo/trial?), and an "Upgrade Pack" DLC, which has been retired today, and its contents merged into the base game, as seen in the depots.
TL;DR: you get the full package in terms of content, though not in terms of IDs (which is really only important to collectors).
And no cards, of course, like with any other promotional package (and no +1 either since it's limited).
