If a developer does not set LATAM/MENA pricing Steam price becomes default USD pricing. Wish you bought it before November 20th like everyone else in these regions. I knew some companies especially Japanese ones will not care about these such things so I've bought 2 EDF games for 40TL/$1,37 now they cost 786TL/$26.98.

Modus Games like to feature their games in Fanatical bundles, usually in Platinum Collection bundles, where you pay $3 - $3.50 for a key. They already bundled Soulstice and Teslagrad 2, I would assume that Afterimage will be the next one.
I also want Afterimage, but prefer waiting a couple of months to see if I can get it for $3.50-ish instead of paying $14.99 now. And if this doesn't work, I will just buy it in the Spring / Summer sale, as it will have at least the same discount percentage, if not more.
Additionally, Fanatical also likes to add these to their Mystery drops, so you might get one from there too (if that's your thing), or find someone who has it for trade.

Bought it at -90% on January 2022, a nice little 2d plateform, with some design of old arcade game (optionnal arcade game mode with game over available), 36 levels, and take around 4h for main complexion.
Recommended on my side, there a free demo if you want to try it.

There's some on nexus mods and there's a modding category in their discussions page but it isn't very good. I played a bit of grim dawn and I still need to finish it, but I haven't tried any mods myself yet.
If it matters, titan quest is $5, and I just recently played through the 5 acts and still gotta go through act 6 and dlc.

Path of Exile... Its free, but if you play alot you will want to spend 20-60 at least for some cosmetics and stash tabs.
Last Epoch, its a good in between for D4 and Path of Exile... downside it doesn't meat your price request
