Why does a not received giveaway count towards total won?

I have a GA I have not received and have marked it thus.
Now it still displays as a won giveaway. In my book if a giveaway is not received it is null and void. So it should be subtracted from the won count.

What do you guys think (besides "meh" or "get on with your life")?

The WHY is because the still WON the giveaway/raffle/random chance to get a game, it doesn't matter whether you received it or not...
Although you'll likely be really disappointed if you don't received something you were really hoping for/expecting.
