If you only used the AddFreeLicense command, you are fine. Worst case, they realize what's going on and only the license for Black Desert Online will be revoked. You should only worry if you used VPN.

No, you should be safe.
Using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions can be against the Stream TOS. I haven't seen anyone report being banned for that yet, but I wouldn't risk it.
If you didn't use a VPN, you're probably completely ok.
I've had one regional key on my account (Japanese(?) version of the HITMAN Sniper game that was given away for free years ago), and nothing happened. Some years later, I asked for it to be removed anyway, since I wasn't able to activate the USA version that was in a bundle until removing it. Support had no problem with that.

This game is region locked in my country,India. But i was easily able to add it to my library by using AddFreeLicense command from my licenses page. Because of the region lock, is my account now likely to be banned on steam? I'm really worried and want to know if i should remove the game from my library before its too late
