I think it's been a good while since the PS3 and Xbox have received any new releases. I remember having a read a few months back that some of the devs on the PS3 emulator had made considerable progress in getting the emulator to work with some low-tier games. Since I'm considering getting a PS4, I should like to know if I can emulate all the Sony exclusive games not on PS4 though, they do have some great IPs like the Ratchet and Clank series

Do you pay a subscription fee and a per-game price? Or just one or the other?

How does PS Now work? I opened up the site, but it simply tells me to download an app and get a Dualshock Controller. I don't mind paying for the service, but what does 'streaming' exactly mean here?

PsNow feels a bit expensive for what it gives, not to mention you have to buy a ps4 controller(unless someone managed to make asoft to use other controllers and emulate ps4 controller)

The PS3 emu devs made considerable progress, yes, but it's gonna take a few more years before anything can be truly playable. Just search for the recent RPCS3 videos on YouTube and you'll see the current state of PS3 emulation for yourself.
