What do you think about the massive giveaway for future games?
I mean... the whole point of those massive giveaways is to draw attention to the site, whether people go there to claim a key to use themselves, giveaway elsewhere, resell, etc... the storefront won't care. Its also a drop in the bucket compared to the number of people just redeeming their keys(we on SG do have a distorted view on some things).
they got people to their store, they also give coupons to encourage those to go spending on the site to which is likely fairly effective.
