It's really great, because the amount of work done polishing and blending all those colors from different paintings, combining, cutting, animating - tremendous work, I know know how much work is done, since I am making my own game - so huge respect to that developer.

Your game looks interesting but there are a few things that came to me while watching the video on the Greenlight page.
The almost 6 minute video feels much more like a short playthrough than a gameplay trailer. Trailers usually showcase sellings points of a game, but this video does not seem to do that. A general rule of thumb for trailers is to be short and sell the game to potential buyers, that's why they usually showcase the strongest gameplay elements or characters and are generally very short (1-2mins max).
The other thing was the voice and the voice... effects. S.A.M. right now sounds like a female friend of yours recorded footage for you and then you slapped a few effects on them in Audacity, which is not a problem on its own, but she sounds too human. Give Glados a listen from Portal, I'd expect her to sound something like that, because articulating speech like this is something humans do, and machines, even advanced ones, sound too... machine-like, like how text-to-speech programs do, if that makes sense.

Agree about the voice, I also thought it was a little weird that the computer spoke English with some kind of European accent.
I voted yes on the Greenlight page, though, because it looks like an original idea and the gaming world needs more of those.
