Batman doesn't have powers, and he is widely considered to be a superhero....

Iron Man, at one stage had the power to control technology with his mind through Extremis, and stored his armor within his own flesh (as nanites within tubes in his bones or something) allowing him to materialize the Iron Man armour at will.

There shouldn't be any debate on his classification as a superhero, given that the charterer is a key member of The Avengers, and protagonist to one of the most widely known and popular superhero movies.
