Nope. The only possible way to bypass this is with Steam gifts, you can send them as a gift (not a trade offer). As for items, you can't do anything but wait one week.

When I go to an item on the Steam market, it says the following:
"After purchase, this item:
will not be tradable for one week
cannot be listed on the Steam Community Market for one week"
But can I still send the item to another person, right after buying it, through a trade offer?
