Yes, it is ok.
It is random chance and you chance to win is 1/n with n the number of entries in a given giveaway.
Do the math to get the probability of not winning a single giveaway for that time. Looking at your "Giveaways Entered", I would guess the probability of you winning nothing should be around 60%, assuming public giveaways only.

Yes it's normal, you didn't enter a lot of giveaways. But it's cheaper than lottery you lost nothing !

You can check your stats in the upper right, that breaks down your odds.
It calculated the amount of giveaways you enter, and the odds of winning the giveaway depending on how many entries.
So say you entered 100 giveaways, each with exactly 100 entrants, your odds would be 1:1 and you most likely should have won a game. But this doesnt mean that you will.
I generally enter for games on my wishlist with less than 1,000 entries in their last hour. For the past week, thanks to the many ukraine bundle purchasers, i've been mainly entering giveaways with less than 400 entrants in the last hour.
To find giveaways with less entrants, it's best to keep active here in discussions, get on people's white lists, raise your level, and a strategy i just started doing recently... entering region only giveaways that are for only a couple countries, as this makes sure the amount that enter is low, thus greatly raising your odds.
Even with all that, after entering nearly 43,000 giveaways, i've won a little over 200 times. So my percentage of wins to entries are just over 0.5% while yours is about 0.35% so I assume utilizing some strategies and not just blowing through all your points, would increase your win rate.

Yeah, that is in the list of filtered games at the bottom of the settings page.

I rarely use it, so keep forgetting where it is.

I make time 10-20 minutes to enter daily, once in the early morning and once in the later afternoon, that way my points are always on zero. I have been blessed to win 1 game a month at least. It's a lot easier when winning from groups. 3 years may be a far stretched thing, if you partake daily in giveaways. Normal if you don't do what I do and just take some time to join every now and then I should think.

Hi. 3 years sounds very long. Let's check numbers.
You have entered to 2840 giveways and won 10 games, so your win per enter rate is 284. That mean you need enter approximately 284 times to win 1 giveaway.
Users could have very different rates depends on game popularity, giveaway level, giveaway duration, blacklist/whitelist rates, wishlist and group giveaways (where're some users cheating by group giveaways so don't look at their stats).
Let's look at my stats for example. I have enter to 70374 giveaways and won 107 received + 2 not recieved, so my rate is around 646.
Well, I need to enter approximately 646 giveaways to win a game and at the same time you need to enter approximately 284 giveaways to win a game.
I have experience win 3 games per 1 month and at the same time I have experience of no luck for whole year.

Hey. I was wondering is it ok to not win often in giveaways? Because last time I won anything was 3 years ago.
