How can I trade it on steamtrades if i dont have another game to trade? Is that possible to trade against money on steamtrades? I thougt that would not work thats why I dont used it.

The traders define in their opening post what they are willing to trade for, you'll have to do a little research by reading through various ones. Most will already tell in their headlines. There are a lot of them who will get you games from their store for Paypal. Just be sure to pick someone who is able to buy ROW games, for example somebody from New Zealand or Canada.

if some one gift you the game can you add it seems tho you in Germany ? or would it not be better to have a friend that's in some other place buy the game and add it to profile then log out then you log in ?

that would only make sense with games hat have a region lock. and even then it's easier to use VPN.

In my experience Steamtrades is useless in this case, since traders only look to offload their bundled or bought for profit games. If you're actually looking for a somewhat lesser know game you won't get any replies, it's sad that people react so aggressively about anything resembling a trade.
