I gave away 17 of this. What to do now? Request refunds and talk to every winners?

BTW, is this the first time case like this happened?

And for those who won this game from me, if you see this thread please send me a message on Steam or leave a comment on my profile so we can solve the problem.

I think most of the winners won't even care, they just won it because it was free.

If you won it and it was revoked, you should mark it as "not received" on your profile then. :X

This is why you do not use glitched price keys for GA or at least a lot of them like you did,and anything bought outside of Steam i would say is high risk as now you never know who is going to go back on the price glitch.

Here in the U.S. we are so far behind with digital laws.Physical purchased items in store have to give you the price marked on the shelf no matter the error price it is law.Now for ads they send out it is different,as someone else handles the printing of them so they can not be held liable for someone else's mistakes

So they do not have to honor price glitches online if they so chose not to,but they do have to issue a refund if they do revoke said keys, and also it it just not good business practice and why Valve never does it,the risk of money lost from losing business far out weighs removing said priced glitched games.

Though in no way is anyone entitled to a new key for the revoked one,the retailer retains the right to give a refund or a new key, though if you bought the game in person then you could demand a replacement,or refund if the consumable product was unopened, other wise they only have to exchange it.

Again note this is from the U.S. laws may very in other places, just sharing how things work here.

Imo these keys shouldn't be revoked, its not the customers fault for the low price. If a physical shop accidentally has the wrong price up they have to honor that price here in Australia. An extreme example that happened fairly recently was someone who works for an unmanned petrol station accidentally missed a number when setting the price for premium fuel, instead of it being 149.9 cents per litre it was accidentally set at 14.9 cents per litre. Of course people took advantage of this situation but they can't exactly revoke everyone's fuel so the customers got to keep it, legally they wouldn't be able to revoke ot anyway because it wasn't the customers' fault.

That's physical this is digital case.

What applies in physical case does not always apply in digital world.

Yeah I understand that but in my opinion laws and consumer rights should be the same online and in a physical store. Just one more reason to shop in a physical store, I'll still buy online though haha. If they didn't have to honour price errors in a physical store then I'd agree that that shouldn't have to online too. Just my opinion though.
