bundle gams were discriminated in previous version of rules when you weren't allowed to give them away. Now this doesnt affect how many times those games gonna be given away it's just about the contribution score what:
1) shouldn't be concerned that much about - it's about giving something away, not aout getting credit for doing so
2) people who buy a 1$ bundle don't deserve 50+$ contrib anyway
