While I was handing out old keys, it turned out that several people won 3-5 keys each. To equalize the chances of the others, I excluded them from the white list.

I recently recruited people on my whitelist for distributing old keys. The set was so active that there was no space left on my list. I took into account the mistakes made during the recruitment, and decided to encourage more people who try to distribute the games, rather than receive.
