I think you did a mistake, because you can't convert games into keys...and you cant giveaway games from your library.

If you thought you could gift a game activated in your library, no such luck.
At this point, your choices are to not send a gift (which will get a Not Received on your profile), or purchase a copy for the winner. Right now, Amazon seems to have the best price on the game.

i think he doesnt know how to reedem it? if so go to add game in bottom left corner and then activate a product on steam and enter in the key.

Once it's in your library, that's it. You HAVE to get it as a gift, which you do once you purchase it. You can't giveaway this game. Sorry, dude.

His top played games are Gmod and TF2, and everyone on his friends's list is also GMod and TF2. He picked USMO Instead of USA (mistake I presume) and used a hastag in the personal decription area. I'm pretty sure he is ~12 and won't be buying anything to replace it.
