Monitor problems solved

So, for the longest time (about a year) my secondary display had a one inch black bar surrounding it. So, after being so pissed off at the black bar, I started to dick around in catalyst control center trying to solve it. I finally figured out that it was being under scaled, and slammed my head against my table. All this time, countless internet tutorials, countless threads, and it was being fucking underscaled.
