Whitelist and multigroups are allowed. If someone create a GA with huge amount of multigroup, so he will get less to his ratio %, and can less particape in GAs. If someone is abusing the ratio with whitelisting, I'll kick him. The only thing that could be bad is, if people making too less GAs and this group becomes inactive, because there is no GAs limit within a time. This is my first group, so let's see what happens.
