So im looking for cheap horror games and i wanted to know which you think is a better buy.

I would say Slender, but it was cheaper than now, so Penumbra Collectors Pack, it has almost all 100% positive reviews

Definitely Penumbra, Frictional is in a league of its own. Besides, the pack's a dollar cheaper than Slender and includes 2.5 games.
