I have not got that error, but it took me a few attempts to access my bundle library and would not let me purchase anything just now.....which is a new issue for me.
It even randomly said my e-mail address was disposable and indiegala do not accept it which is very untrue but a minute later it worked fine.

The site has just been shit and slow ever since they introduced the useless giveaway system. All you can do is try again later. Or maybe you just forgot your login..

Wish I had seen this thread earlier. I got the same problem, just sent their support an email. When trying to buy stuff it says my email is disposable and when trying to log on a diffent browser it says user does not exist. Good to hear it's not just me, but an error on their side. Will probably be fixed soon (I hope).

I wonder if they have no monitoring on their site since nothing has been mentioned by them anywhere. There is probably zero money coming in since this started so that should ring some mighty loud bells somewhere.
Alternatively things are so fubar they are hiding the truth. I do hope they haven't been hacked.

Same here. All of my accounts apparently "don't exist". I've sent a support ticket already, hopefully they'll get back at me soon. Surprisingly or not, it started displaying that message the day after I started entering giveaways more frequently. Profile recovery works, but login doesn't.

Same problem here.
When trying to buy a bundle, it says my email is disposable and when trying to log on with a different browser which I wasn't logged in before the issue, it says user does not exist. On the flip-side, profile recovery works.
