Yes, you get 5 letters, which is the giveaway code. Look at the url of any giveaway (or discussion) and you will see that is has a unique 5-digit code out of uppercase/lowercase letters and numbers. So you just have to type in the giveaway code to get to the giveaway (instead of xxx and the / at the end is needed): https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/XXXXX/
