No Bloodborne, Red Dead Redemption or Persona 5?
Sounds real to me.

Honestly, sounds to good to be true. I'll believe it when it happens.

Pretty much. MGS Remakes and Chrono Cross especially is incredibly suspicious

MGS 2 & 3 are real, ported by Nvidia for Shield exclusively.

This is a wildly good list if it’s all true. I don’t know that it’d make me jump on GeForce NOW, but presumably most if not all of these will come to PC at one point or another and a lot of it looks good. I’m hoping the RTX releases aren’t entirely “new” games but otherwise there’s a bunch I had no idea were even coming

There are many games that we have concrete information on and we can speculate on Sony's list, which is what most people seem to be interested in:
-Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Edition: Just announced a couple days ago on PS Showcase, full title and all
-HELLDIVERS 2: Helldivers 1 came to PC as part of these sort of PS exclusive ports
-Horizon Forbidden West: I don't really see this one coming to PC anytime soon. This is either for PS Now in the short term (<1 year) OR a PC release to complement Horizon Zero Dawn on Steam after a few years from release (2024 onwards)
-GT7: Most probably PS Now testing
-Déraciné: This is a PS VR game from 2018, it's either getting a port or being tested for PS Now. No concrete info on this one.
-God of War: This MIGHT come to PC in late 2022 or 2023. This comes as pure speculation since God of War already is on PS Now. There have been no leaks or info that might suggest a PC release, unlike that PS investor presentation where Uncharted Legacy of Thieves leaked some months ago.
-Returnal: No info on this one, but probably only a PS Now game since it's rather new.
-Demon Souls: Same as Returnal, albeit it has a bigger chance of coming to PC eventually since all DS games are on PC, but it might be it never comes just like Bloodborne, so...
-Ratchet and Clank (no specified game: Again, probably just PS Now game
-Sackboy: A Big Adventure: Same as Ratchet
-Ghost of Tsushima: Just like God of War, already on PS Now, it might get a PC release but there's nothing that might suggest that as of now.
It's quite interesting to see so many games being tested for PS Now and seeing some games that are already released on PS Now and they're still on this list. I would say these have the most chances of making it to Steam and/or EpicGS. It's also interesting to see how Sony is testing a lot of games for PS Now, probably to compete with Xbox Game Pass and the eventual release of XCloud.
About MGS 2 & 3 remakes it's probably bullshit. There's been a rumoured MGS 1 remake by BluePoint Games (same guys did the Demon's Souls remake and Shadow of the Colossus), but again, just a rumour and there's been no official confirmation by Sony.
Most other games DO have a pretty good chance of coming to Steam, if these listings are to be believed and these games are in development (might as well get stuck in development hell and get scrapped altogether). The only games I would be REALLY skeptical would be both Sega and Atlus' games. I don't see Bayonetta 3 getting a Steam release since both B2 & B3 are Nintendo exclusives, they might be being tested on Geforce Now for China or sth like that. Judgement should already have been released on PC, if it weren't for the legal dispute the main actor's lawyers have with SEGA; if they can come to an agreement, Judgement should get a release just like all Yakuza games, there's no reason not to other than that. As for Atlus, Catherine FB is quite probable to get a PC release, as Catherine is already there. SMTV is another one I'm rather skeptical about: it's being released on November 11, 2021 on Nintendo Switch. SMT has never been an entirely exclusive series to Nintendo, but SMT IV is yet to be released on any platform other than 3DS. Expecting a PC release anytime soon would be foolish, they're probably testing this on GeForce Now for the Chinese market.
Edit: Himat PRO was also leaked on that Steam 2013 or 2014 leak and we still don't know wtf that is lol.

"Kingdom Hearts 4"
LMAO someone had fun with that list. What it's missing is: Half-Life 3, StarCraft Ghost, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2, and Silent Hills by Kojima.

Welp, I got some good news and some bad news for you then. Good news is someone already leaked something similar months ago, https://www.ignboards.com/threads/mario-multiplatform-game-on-pc.455768287/, now this doesn't confirm this is the title, but I suspect it might be. The bad news depends who you ask, no steam version afaik, it was listed as UPLAY=TBD. Personally I don't mind as long as it comes to pc, this might be a starting point of something wonderful.

Hmmm what caught my attention is:
Uncharted and Gran Turismo, Uncharted is already confirmed for PC, hopefully GT will be too soon
Forza Series
New Tomb Raider game, will it be new one or Remake of some classic
Crysis 4, I am not really a fan of the series, but they were enjoyable, and always graphically stunning
Hitman Pro, what is this exactly, new Hitman game? HMMMMM Actually, its probably codename for 007 game IO Interactive is working on, cheeky, cheeky
As for Hangar 13 Unannounced Title, could be Mafia 4, I hope so.
And where I keep my hopes down are GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas remasters, R* probably won`t amaze us, probably few retextures, compatibility for newer hardware, and few new graphical options, nothing special.

The fact is that those games are planned otherwise they wouldn't be in the list. It not like the list was setup for an intentional leak.
I am really excited for the SE list, especially the Final Fantasy Remaster and Chrono Cross Remaster as these are two of my favorite games of all time. ALMOST all the games on the SE list will likely be heading to Steam.. This is just an awesome list in general :)
"Chrono Cross Remaster, FF Tactics remaster, FF7 Remake, FF9 Remake, Final Fantasy XVI, Tomb Raider Anniversary (2021), Unannounced title by Square Enix and Kingdom Hearts IV"
The "unannounced game" is more than likely Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars.
As for Kingdom Hearts IV, it more than likely won't be coming to Steam and be an EGS exclusive if it does go to one of the clients.

GeForce NOW has a data leak. and this guy compiled a list of everything I can find and is being updated on reddit.
This list is a leak from Nvidia servers. And these games might not show up on PC or maybe show up on PS NOW and only on GeForce Now.
edit1: Here’s Nvidia’s full statement:
NVIDIA is aware of an unauthorized published game list, with both released and/or speculative titles, used only for internal tracking and testing. Inclusion on the list is neither confirmation nor an announcement of any game.
NVIDIA took immediate action to remove access to the list. No confidential game builds or personal information were exposed.
edit2: Ubisoft had issued him a DMCA notice for the xpaw list.
