seems like some bogus site with all the topics on why people arent getting their games or why it takes so long to get their games eventhough they paid for it

They're not a bogus site - they're quite well known and reputable. I've bought from them several times with no problem and I know other people who have too. Perhaps they struggle with demand during sales and that's the reason for the delays.

It's a good price, although you can generally get it for a bit less by trading for it (usually around 4 TF2 keys).
Does anyone know if it includes GTA and GTA2? Some places say that the Complete Pack includes those games, other places don't mention them.
