[Amazon Appstore] Free $10 Credit for downloading Hay Day

It is not limited to prime members. Don't know about region lock, I'm from Europe but have an US address there in order to buy games.

US only which means you need to use a US address. You don't need a valid credit card, you can use one from the list below:

US is not required, simply change the Region on Amazon Underground to United States before download Hay Day.

According to the terms and conditions:

Promotional credit expires at 11:59 p.m. (PT) September 30, 2016.

Did the e-mail you receive say 30 days? If so then there seems to be some sort of discrepancy...

GTA games pretty good and are not available at the Amazon Underground app store. Make sure to cross check with Amazon Underground to make sure you are not buying a game which you can get for free.

The FF games are often discounted to under $10, but by 'often' I mean 'once every few months', so this might not happen during the desired timeframe.

Me too, 7 packs and got awesome legendary - Ragnaros, Lightlord.

That warning is especially notable, seeing as you CAN'T disable 1-click purchasing for digital goods (including apps). It's.. there's certainly things that Amazon does that seem ridiculously skeevy, no matter how good their customer support can be [though, my last interaction with their support was awful, so.. I don't even know anymore.]

Note: 1-Click ordering is always enabled for digital video, Kindle books, MP3s, and other digital purchases.

Steam/Uplay/Origin/GOG/etc purchases seem to be the only digital products that get an exception made for them (though they're also classified under PC games, rather than digital products- mp3 files, for example, are classified under Digital Music.)

I'd say "any digital product that's not primarily handled by another distributor" is the basis, but audible files also are one-click-mandatory. As always for Amazon's interface, it's all quite awkward. :/

They are aware that their system can force people to make accidental purchases. I have clicked the button a few times over the years by mistake and never had a problem refunding the order. They can remove the content from your device easily as well in this case.

Terraria,Minecraft, GTA games,etc. Can't remmeber any other but bought Vie City, San Andreas, Terraria and Minecraft with free credit in the past and haven't regreted it.

Don't forget Knights of the Old Republic. Apparently the app version is pretty damn good.

Yep, you can got it on your PC, but download from the app is required on your device (if you are not on USA, change region to United States before do it) to be credited.
