Agreed. I think the focus should be on how people are gaming the system (without naming names) rather than who is gaming the system. There will always be people who take advantage of a good thing no matter how many people are banned. The key is to recognize these exploits and put measures in place to prevent them.

You are correct, but I would like to add that some people may appear to be gaming the system without knowing or meaning to do so.

I found the title so funny. You just requested to ban yourself. Request to ban people who request to ban others.
You have requested to get users banned who ask to ban other people. Wait didnt you just do that lol!

Oh cool, you pick up on irony :)
Read my first sentence of the OP to see how I really feel about banning people. Read the rest of my post to see how I feel about requesting that people be banned. My title was a parody of a popular post in this forum calling for someone to be banned.

Ok, I don't really want anyone banned, even those of you ready to pull out pitchforks.
And believe me, I understand it's frustrating to see a guy winning multiple contests, contests for games he already owns, and even contests for games he's already won contests for.
Just keep in mind how new this site is and that maybe it will take some time for people to understand your nebulous notion of ethics or morality; and until actual "rules" are implemented or detailed we shouldn't be calling out individuals who happen to have been extremely lucky in this past week.
The same thing goes for those people that want to use someone's "entry history" against them as a way to discount their opinion. What's to stop people from eventually holding others to some other crazy standard and saying "well I contributed $60 in gifts and you have contributed $5 so obviously I'm better than you, correct, and should hold more weight around these parts!" Seriously, don't use someone's "Giveaways Entered" stat against them, especially when there was no restriction in place just a day ago ("Yeah right, says the guy who's entered glabbidy jobity number o' contest!").
Anyway, not trying to offend, just trying to get people to second guess calling people out and drawing attention to some lucky people. Maybe the guy who has won a bunch will eventually pay it forward, let's try to keep him as an active part of the community.
