Ask the one that sent you the key. He will usually send you a new one. If he can't (a key that he thought it was working, but it doesn't anymore), it's polite to agree to delete the giveaway.

Contact the giveaway creator and ask for a working key.
If he/she does not provide one, mark as "not received" after one week.
