I have 20 people in my whitelist, I look for max 15 more, After I reach 35 people in my whitelist, I will start doing giveaways for the whitelist.
There are not any rules, I just choose any 15 people that I like. Sorry for the others that would want to be in the whitelist.
EDIT: A lot of people showed up for this, so I guess I will add 10 more slots. :)
