Only thing the winner can do is let the creator know they want him/her to reroll and write that clear in the comments of the giveaway, then the creator has to make a support ticket and use what you wrote as proof, after that all you can both do is wait for support to pick it up and reroll.

Seems, solution is same to section "What should I do if I win a game more than once, or if I win a game that I already purchased?"
I guess it would be usefull to add "if I want to reject gift" to section above. How could&should I offer it to adding to faq?

Hello all.
Intro
I found nothing about gift rejection case of reroll in guidelines and faq.
Case description
I won gift and reject get it (shit happens in life). I thanked and warned creator about rejection and I aproved reroll. I also created ticket to support.
Now, 4 days gone, ticket have no answer, I'm still winner of giveaway and system start warn me I should activate all won&received gifts to avoid suspension. (Creator deleted key from gift and it's seems good). I know support team is veeeery busy.
Question
That's why I'm asking. As I know I'll not get suspension cause I rejected from gift in first day, warned about it and made a ticket but I'm not sure about automatic suspension system.
Well, should I do something? Did I miss something?
Solution
It's same to section "What should I do if I win a game more than once, or if I win a game that I already purchased?"
