There was one a week ago and I think that's how this person found out. They don't seem to understand that fake giveaway feedback is grounds for permanent suspension. It's misuse of giveaway feedback + leaked link GA.

Umm I have no idea. I didn't follow the official thread and this is the first time I heard of this (come to think of it, it's a really simple abuse, with a costly consequences, of course).

The main precaution is to force a sync every 24 hours, but it's still possible to manually unmark right before the sync happens every time. It's still easy to detect manually since the perpetrator would still have to return to the 'true feedback' (to avoid suspension for feedback abuse) which would then prove that he couldn't have passed the check in the first place.

I do record all that activity, and I already made two tickets to permaban cheaters, but support takes it's time to act.
Tickets were created at 11th of this month under Other Category.
PS: If you pass me the username of the infractor I can provide the proofs needed to (try to) permaban him from steamgifts.

User report is the one that is "not working" since it has tons of old reports.
Other is the one that Sleepycat always says to use for those cases.

I had a problem some months ago, i won two copies of the same game (Overture) in 30 minutes. Usually when i win a game i cancel my other entries in the same game to avoid this, but i wasn't at home this time...
I created a new thread to ask other users what i had to do (http://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/ZlI2p/i-won-2-copies-of-the-same-game) but finally, after trying to contact with the creator (a developer) i had to mark the second game as 'not received' (support told me to do that) even having 2 keys of the game. I still have the second one, i never used it because i don't know if that developer wil try to use it at any time in the future.
I suppose i'm not that person because i'm not blacklisted by you but if you check my profile you will see 2 Overture won... :/
