Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance online servers will shutdown and be delisted on 24 February 2025

In the About This Game section reads

We will be shutting down (shut down) the Dark Alliance servers on 2/24/2025 and it will no longer be available to purchase starting that day. The base game and all DLC are still available to play in offline single player by anyone who currently owns it.

According to IsThereAnyDeal and gg.deals, the game was only discounted one time in October 2021 from the original 39.99 USD to 29.99 USD. However, by March 2022 the price has permanently dropped to 29.99 USD.

Not worth 5$ and with servers shutting down I don't think it is worth even 1$.

Maybe worth 1$ as a collector item?
