Thanks you, I didn't know this because the 4 last times it was contested in 5 min D: I thinked it was because it was an "strange thing" and, how I didn't know that rule you pass (that if the winner have at least one of the items you can make a request), I thinked that they was deliverying if it needs to aprove or decline

Entering
Try to refrain from entering giveaways for packs if you already own the majority of the games contained within. The giveaway creator may request a new winner if you own a high percentage of the packaged games.
high percentage = whatever amount of owned items you consider "too many" from a package. 😎

You know that little thing called Christmas? Support most likely celebrate it with their families. Just leave your ticket open and simply don't send the game till they resolve it.

don't close ticket, don't bump ticket; make ticket and wait. if you are waiting on Support, do not mind that "must send gift within a week" rule. just keep waiting and when Support gets back to you, you will either be able to send it to the contested winner (with an apology if you feel it necessary (on behalf of Support :3)) or be granted a new winner - you might get a Not Received on your account, but only til the winner finally does receive the gift (and if they won't mark it as received afterwards, can always make another ticket asking for Support to force feedback)

Well, that's true. I just be worried because the four last times I have an answer in 5 min and, how pass 6 days and no answer, I was afraid of the "Send gift within a wek" rule u_u too bad, I close the ticket today but I open other again, so now I need wait double xD

Request a reroll from your giveaway's winner page, not a support ticket (it will automatically submit the correct kind of support ticket). Don't close it. Support will get to it, but not if you close it before they do.

...the giveaway creator has the final say, and if they believe the winner owns too many of the packaged games, we'll allow them to request a new winner.
It's not needed to specify it on the description of the giveaway, on the thread, on the comments or anywhere. After the giveaway ends, if the giveaway creator decides to not to give the pack to those who own one or more from it, they can ask for re-roll, even if there were no disclaimers.

Okay, several issues, all on your end.
The winner have the base game, and I made a ticket 6 days ago but I haven't any answer, none aprove, none decline,
That's normal right now. It's both holidays, and support is currently understaffed (cg is currently working on adding more).
I closed the ticket today, open it again in other category and nothing again
Support approaches tickets based on the oldest timestamp they have, so bumping or opening a new ticket puts you back at the bottom of the queue, meaning you just gave yourself another week's wait. :P
so I need to send the giveaway before 6AM of today (UTC±00:00, check your, if you want, here) or the winner can mark it as Not Receive.
You don't need to do anything but put in the ticket. And there's no penalty for getting a Not Received, unless you do it repeatedly or under dubious circumstances, in which case support might take action against your account. In other words, so long as they have that ticket, you're fine.

Yeah, now I can see that I make the things in the wrong sequence, I needed ask first and then close the ticket if it was neccesary and not who I made it xD
I close the ticket because I change the request a new winner category >.< I thinked it was for this that didn't say nothing, even when it's christmas and it's pretty normal but I was just afraid or the Not Receive u_u

Hey guys! First I wanna say that in this discussion I haven't any hide gift so maybe next time :(
Second, I wanna say something and ask for advise and talking in general.
Well, the last month was my birthday so I made a birthday train, where I raffle some games if you resolve one easy puzzle.
Well, one of the games I raffle was one collectors edition, specifically, Sid Meier's Civilization V and I say that I don't wanna that people who have the base game enter in this. Why? Because, in the next wagon, you could participate in one of the two big DLCs it has and the base game was raffle in a bundle one month before, so it was easy have the base game, but no the DLCs, so I made the train this way because I wanna that two lucky persons could have the most content.
Well, it was all good but... The winner have the base game, and I made a ticket 6 days ago but I haven't any answer, none aprove, none decline, I closed the ticket today, open it again in other category and nothing again, so I need to send the giveaway before 6AM of today (UTC±00:00, check your, if you want, here) or the winner can mark it as Not Receive.
Well, my answer is, I think I have reasons to request a new winner but, have I? I mean, maybe I think it but if I didn't have any answer about it, maybe I'm being selfish. I just wanna that two persons could have the most amount of content u_u
What do you think? I wanna ask for future gifts, you can answer the truth, I mean, this is internet xD I appreciate constructive critics but all it's allowed ^^
