It was added to the Humble THQ Bundle as a single key. Anyone who paid better than average / bought it in the first week got a free key for WH40k a couple of days ago.

I thought Humble Bundle keys were not allowed to be gifted separately, or is that not the case?

You can't gift a bundle key as one of the games contained on it.

For example you could not make a giveaway for Darksiders and give a HiB key. But individual keys can (but shouldn't) be given away.
