I mean bundles on Steam, and not fanatical or HB.
I know SteamDB tracking bundle prices too, but I cannot find a list of bundles with historically low prices. SteamDB's bundle site is useless. It can't show if all the bundles' items are on sale too, only the bundle normal discounts.
Any other site for this? Or addon? script? Or something useful?

Maybe try isthereanydeal.com

This is currently on sale TOMB RAIDER COLLECTION

If you search TOMB RAIDER COLLECTION on isthereanydeal.com, you will find the page for the game here. Then you can click on the "History" tab at the top and see the price history for different sites.

Edit: I think I misunderstood what you were asking. Are you looking for a list of bundles that are on sale? I'm not sure about that. I think there was something a user here created that tracked bundle sales, but I don't remember.

gg.deals might have a filter option to view just Steam bundles. If you click "show all filters", then under "Type", they have the option for "Pack". I think that is anything that contains more than one item, so it probably includes bundles of games, but also games that are offered together with DLC. You can select Steam as the store if you only want to buy there or just pick Steam under DRM if you want to see packs that activate on Steam and may also be sold on other sites. You can also select historic low or whatever other pricing you want.

Edit 2: I think this is the user created site that I was talking about, but I haven't been on it in years, so I'm not sure if it has changed or how it works.
https://steam.madjoki.com/bundles
madjoki is the user that created it.

Haven't had any grandparents since my teens, so you can't get much lower than that.

maybe this gg filters?

you could try changing the filter options also to get exactly what you are after. bundles have price histories on them if you click them individually.

Not sure how you'd make a list of all the bundles just showing their historical lowest prices in one page, that's maybe not possible.
