Community Choice change - 1 card per vote, new vote every 24 hours (instead of 8)

the middle Community Choice already says WINNER on the bottom, valve "fixing" the choice

I guess they want to sell less games this year for some reason and make less money on transaction fees. They've found a way to create real money from nothing. I couldn't be in charge because I'd create such a win win situation for all parties involved it would making gaming completely free for all. lol Free cards for all as many as you want. Devs sell more copies of their games, gamers get essentially free games, I get a cut of each game sale plus transaction fees out the butt.

Weird. When I landed on the page for the first time, it said I had already voted and the community voted game is already announced.

Am I missing something ?

Seems all the changes are only making it worse, also shit offers and no event.

If you have problems, try accessing the vote through the phone app. No congestion issues there.

Aw man, holiday cards dropped to half the value. I should have gone on my crafting rampage earlier! Oh well, can't tell the future, after all.

So they basically want to make it so that only the popular stuff goes on sale yet again. Somehow not surprised this would happen after that storefront update that basically makes it difficult to find anything not popular.

This sale seems like a big disappointment. No events, less games on community vote sale and the first offers are kinda lame. Add to that the recent default region lock on all games... bleh.

Today is the first time I have seen the vote. It's still round 1, correct? For the next couple of hours any way?

that is one good change. otherwise i always missed at least one each day because of sleeping and stuff :D

Don't see the big deal about this. Less need making sure we hit all the votes so we get all the free cards, and also don't forget that 99% of the time the games in the community vote are part of the dailies or flash anyway for the same discount.

I really appreciate that they did 1 card per vote a day instead of 1 card per 3 votes a day, I would always end up missing a couple and it would be annoying trying to vote every 8 hours, so no complaints from me. :)
