If there was contact prior to adding then yeah, you've started building a rep so I'd probably go for it. If you just added me out of the blue definitely not.

Level 13 and 19 rep here only. If you had a private profile, I would most likely not even respond to any trade requests and skip any offers on the spot.

I would not trade anything expensive with you at least. Not unless you have a well established good trade reputation.
