No, you can only get the base game. When the Ultimate Edition is released, you will be able to upgrade it to ultimate edition. Also DLCs were %85 on sale until 40 minutes ago but now they are unable to be purchased.

Yes, I've seen it. Still, my topic includes more information.

I also wondered that a while ago and then I realized that the game has gone on big sales like ~75% with its DLCs for a long times. I don't think a lot of people bought it with its full price and also a lot of people played it without DLCs or just 2-3 DLCs. Also, they would earn much less money. Companies like Overkill, not specificly Overkill because there are a lot of more companies like them, are doing their thing basically for money.

Actually I can easily when/if it's obvious hooks to get more customers. One could argue that it's obvious but I suspect many does not realize this
