Mexican coke uses cane sugar though I honestly can't tell the difference, not a huge fan of sodas.

For me it's really noticeable compared to American coke.

well there arethrowback american cokes that have real sugar in it.

I never understood why anyone called it pop. Soda makes sense, fizzy drink makes sense, and even calling it all Coke makes a little bit of sense if it's the most common variant (like calling all Paracetamol tablets Panadol or sticking plasters Band-aids)... but why pop?

L&P is great when mixed with other flavours, but it's not great on its own. I'm not sure whether they changed something in the manufacturing process, or whether I just went off it after going through 6 or 7 bottles within a couple of weeks, but it seems to have less flavour that it used to.
Also, I'm not sure if soda water counts: I don't think you're supposed to drink it on its own. Tonic water, on the other hand....

Cream Soda is always going to be my favorite. And I don't know a country... American Cream Soda?

Gives you cancer

We in central america also use cane sugar. It's sweet without over-saturating your tastebuds. Also completely natural, as natural as sugar gets.

"Overall, the risk of forming stones from soda drinking appears to be questionable"
Good, then I can continue drinking my weekly average of 5 liters. Enjoying a bottle of Dr Pepper right now.

Best: Does sparkling water count? If so, I really like Perrier (French; was bought by Nestle though).
Worst: Many fruit-flavored sodas. Way too sweet for me.

Favorite is possibly Vergil's Cream Soda, but most cream sodas are nice. I think Jones is a little too sweet though.
Worst, by far, is
I have no idea what compelled me to buy it.
If you live near LA, you should check out Galco's. There's actually a nice documentary about the store on youtube

Moxie is the best I've ever had. Followed by Vernors.

Best: Hard to say but I would say cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper is up there.
Worse: I'd say store brand.

Lol, cough syrup, that makes me remember a story. Whenever I was little, whenever I would get sick my mom wold give me medicine, and then my little brother would always complained he wanted some to. My mom would say no, but he would never stop bothering her, my mom is a very busy person, so to make him shut-up he would take some too.
The reason behind it is not because he liked it, but because if I took it and he didn't take it, it would make him feel less superior. When I eat a snack, my brother immediately grabs some too, and the same amount also, whether he's full or not.

There is a local soft-drink maker here in Australia that makes fruit-flavoured ones, and my favourite is Passionfruit, branded as "Pasito." The lemon-flavoured ones are a close second. Anything from Coca-cola and Pepsi all taste like shit nowadays - well, for me at least.

Oh yeah, forgot about that one. They both not only taste great, but are also cheaper than coca-cola and pepsi products

I'm weirdly partial to (mostly orange flavored)Faygo. Which hilariously I only intended to buy once for the amusement of a friend because of Homestuck. XD; They don't seem to sell it around where I live anymore, but I really loved it. I can't drink most other sodas though. They give me heart palpitations and chest pain. <__< Worst is coke-a-cola, not so much for the taste which I liked growing up but because it's the worst offender and I can't even drink a sip of the stuff anymore without my heart rate going through the roof.
I'm more of a water person all-in-all though. XD

OP it's spelled carbonation and carbonated not carbination, first of all.
Of the soda's I've drank...
Favorite cola: Hansen's Sugar Cane Cola
Favorite root beer: Sprecher
Also an amazing craft beer microbrewery for fellow hopheads and sophisticated malt and barley beverage imbibers.
Favorite ginger soda: Reed's
Least favorite soda overall: Diet RC Cola. Disgusting.

When putting your opinion, please also put the name of the country where the soda was made (american coke, mexican coke, pacific coke) because many times soda's from differnt locations differ very much.
Best:
Mexican Coke-a-Cola, I LOVE this yumyum, little carbination, and a smooth taste is what makes this soda the best in my opinion, they use sugar cane's instead of american high fructose corn syrup BS
American A&W, pretty much this and any other root beer
Worst:
*American Coke, i'm from America and this taste like SHIT, even though i'm american I HATE IT,
The carbination levels are over-the-roof carbination, if hurts your throat if you chug it
It dosen't taste smooth, mexican coke uses sugar canes, while american uses disgusting and unhealthy high fructose corn syrup
It just plain-out tastes bad
There's a lot of acid, if you drink to much, the enamel on your teeth will wear away, and trust me when stuff touches your bare teeth, it HURTS.
